ComCroft connects you with independent artists for bespoke commissioned work. Your payment is protected — held securely until you approve the finished piece.
Browse artists
Explore independent artists by specialty, style, and tag. Each artist has a public profile with portfolio images, reviews from past buyers, and their current commission products.
Choose a product or describe your idea
Pick from an artist's listed products (fixed price, set delivery time) or place a custom commission with your own brief and budget.
Pay securely
Your card is authorised but not charged yet. ComCroft holds the payment while the artist works — you will only be charged once you approve the finished piece.
Artist works on your commission
The artist accepts your request and gets to work. You can message them directly through the commission thread to share references, answer questions, or check progress.
Review and approve
The artist delivers the finished work. Review it, request revisions if needed (your agreed number of rounds), and approve when you're happy.
Payment released to the artist
Once you approve, payment is automatically captured and released to the artist via Stripe. You receive an invoice for your records.
Your payment is always protected
- Your card is not charged until you approve the work
- If the artist declines your request, no charge is made
- Disputes are handled by ComCroft with a structured resolution process
- ComCroft adds a small platform fee on top of the agreed budget — the artist always receives the full amount you agreed
